As a fan and purchaser of video games this seems like an awesome concept that sony has here. I say that if Nintendo wants to alienate the online generation of gamers, their games should be copied and improved much like sony did with modnation. Day one purchase for me, without a doubt.

As a ps3 owner I hope mw3 does well as my gf and I tend to play it throughout the year between game releases. I just wanted to put that out there in case anybody actually believed meercat.

This game is hitting all of the right notes with me with its luchador gang and hulk hogan voice acting. This purchase is an absolute no brainer personally.

I'm almost afraid to heavily invest time and money in to an ea game because I know my days with that title are truly numbered like with bfme2 among others. I guess when you pump out as many games as ea does it gets hard to take that 1% of fans seriously. Oh well, back to warhawk.
Just a few more hours now. I'll probably have to play rage first tonight as dark souls will not be leaving my ps3 any time soon. This will be one awesome week for gamers with two hardcore high profile games competing for our attention and I sincerely hope that our xbox brothers give DkS a chance.
As much as I dont currently use home, its hard to say that sony doesn't have an amazing foundation for whatever they want to do with it on the ps4. Hopefully it evolves to more of a seamless, welcoming experience such as being an interactive xmb.
I think DI is great, but couldve used more quality checks. This game can indeed be ruined by glitches and bugs, such as the autosave bug that can kill hours of progress. My gf had her character 30 hours in and then hit a mission on chapter 14 that would have her die over and over while degrading her weapons, taking money and reseting her health super low every load. Eventually with no weapons she gave up and won't try co op because shes afraid what the autosaves will do to her game. So it...
I personally feel that gears has the kind of universal appeal that it can and should be reviewed by all walks of game critics. Sometimes with a super high profile popular game its nice to read a point of view that isnt coming from a super fan with a predetermined 10/10 score. On a different note, I would hate to see this guy put out a ps3 exclusive, his head would probably explode trying to figure out the "haters"(his word).
I'm looking forward to buying this tuesday morning. As for the d3 reviews, it was an awesome game but got flack for looking like a ps2 game. D4's sprites are all hd which ill bet is why its averaging so much higher.

I cant wait for starhawk, its gameplay will be innovative and as a warhawk fan I already know that it will be the best flight/ground combat game in existence. In my opinion anybody that calls themselves a fan of the battlefront games is seriously missing out if they miss both warhawk and starhawk.

Its bad when journalists and gamers become so comfortable with a series that they hype a new product to oblivion and reward it game of the show even with little to no gameplay footage, solely based on graphics or expectations or nostalgia or rumors or what not. Maybe some felt that more substance was needed and less advertising before we know any features or if it will even work on consoles which is how the vast majority will first play it. Bad score in my opinion. RTWM is not the main draw of the game and never has been. The training ring was necessary before because the game was overcomplicated and the devs knew that. Now its equally as deep but incredibly easy to pick up play with the new control scheme. The online is now fixed as I've been playing all day.
With this score you make the game seem unplayable to the casual score skimmer when it is really the best wrestling game in many years.
